2009 Madison Celebrates Art Festival is May 16th!

Each spring the Madison County Arts Council hosts this special celebration of the arts in Madison County. Held in downtown Marshall, this street fair is a great way to get a taste of the wonderful arts and artists of beautiful Madison County
